How much do you get paid per voiceover?

Union rates in Australia range from $150 to $1000's an hour depending on the mediums where it will be shown. In the US these fees are even higher because of their union's residual payment policies. But in the US there is a more extensive audition process which the artist isn't paid for. In most other countries, casting is predominantly done from demos and you are paid a 'submission' fee for your performance, even if it never goes live or to air.
