When you say “Voice Overs” do you mean like character animations or talking on commercials?

Voiceovers are any recorded voice where you cannot see the actual person speaking. The are a ton of examples that go past the usual, TV and radio advertising. Animation in film/TV/gaming, internet audio, podcasts, narration, corporate training, public announcements, audio books, messages-on-hold just to name a few. Also, with the development of new digital media there are countless new ways to use voiceovers. Every time you hear a voice speaking to you, that communication has been recorded by a voice performer.
